What time of the day does everyone take their greens?
Verve recommend to take V80 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and to be honest, this has fitted in perfectly with my morning routine. I replaced it with my morning coffee as consuming both my V80 and coffee in the morning is simply too much liquid for me, but honestly i am in such a routine with taking my V80 i don't miss the coffee.
I'd be interested to know how everyone else fits their greens into their day :)

Started today and took it first thing in the morning. Then had breakfast a couple of hours later.
Looking forward to seeing how this fuels and helps my body, and hoping for a positive impact.
