Hey Wellness Warriors!

I hope everyone's having a great day and staying active! I've been trying to mix up my workout routine lately, especially with the weather hotting up and thought it would be awesome to hear what you all are doing to stay fit and motivated.

What’s your current workout routine?

Here are a few things I'd love to know:

1. Exercise Types: Do you prefer weightlifting, cardio, HIIT, or a mix of everything?
2. Schedule: How often do you work out each week, and do you follow a specific schedule?
3. Favorite Exercises: What are your go-to exercises or movements?
4. Goals: Are you training for a specific goal (building muscle, losing weight, running a marathon)?
5. Tips and Tricks: Any special tips, tricks, or techniques you swear by to stay motivated and see progress?

To get the ball rolling, here's a quick rundown of my current routine:

1. Exercise Types: I do a mix of weightlifting and cardio.
2. Schedule: I work out 4 times a week, typically doing upper body on Monday, lower body on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a short cardio/HIIT session on Thursday.
3. Favorite Exercises: I love snatches, squats, and bench presses for weightlifting, and bodyweight circuits for cardio.
4. Goals: My main goal is to build muscle and improve my mental health through endorphines
5. Equipment: I only have access to a couple of 22kg kettlebells and dumbbells up to 12kg. I'm not currently a member of a gym.
6. Tips and Tricks: I find that tracking my workouts and setting small, achievable goals each week really helps keep me on track.
