What tips do you have for mental wellness and staying positive?

Hey everyone,

 

I am focussing on my mental wellbeing and I feel like i am already doing good things, but i am seeking advise for further tips!

 

Here are some of the things i have been focussing on already:

  1. Stay Active: Regular exercise is not only good for your physical health but also for your mental well-being. It releases endorphins, which can boost your mood.

  2. Connect with Others: Social connections are important for mental wellness. Make time for friends and family, even if it's just a phone call or video chat.

  3. Limit News Consumption: While it's important to stay informed, constant exposure to negative news can take a toll on your mental health. Limit your news intake, especially before bedtime.
