If I am taking magnesium and vitamin c should I take them with V80

    Hi there Melinda, Verve V80 provides 100% of all of your daily Vitamin requirements. Each serving contains 80mg of Vitamin C which is 100% of your NRV and also contains 56.25mg Magnesium Citrate which is 15% of your recommended NRV%.  I would make sure that your Vit C & Magnesium intake does not exceed the recommended daily requirements.
