This is a great question!

All materials are dispensed according to the requirement of the manufacturing documentation and associated batch size.
All materials are sieved prior to blending.
As there are 80+ ingredients in Verve Greens, a series of premixes are blended for a predetermined period. This is especially important for the micronutrients within the product.
The final stage of manufacture is when each of the pre blends are brought together with the main blend, again blending for a predetermined period.
This process ensures that full homogeneity is achieved.
To support this, before blending is signed off, it will undergo a blend approval process.
A sample is taken from the blend and compared to a sample from the customer approval process/previous blend.
Only when approved for both organoleptic qualities (flavour, smell, aesthetic) and comparison with the retained sample, will the product be considered homogenised and be released for further processing (packing and thereafter dispatching). 

The best effects are felt with continuous use and completion of pouch through your daily dose to provide optimal health and wellbeing.
